We Start Fires

 Formed from the embers of Venus In Furs, Darlington based Grrl punk outfit We Start Fires signed to Marquis Cha Cha and released debut label single ‘Strut’ on red 7” vinyl in 2005. The band consist of Becky (Vocals & Guitar), Melissa (Keyboards), Nikki (Bass) and boy Ashley (drums).

Follow up release ‘Hot Metal/Hipshake’ released in January 2006. Invited to SXSW 2006 and tour with Bromheads Jacket, Giant Drag, Nine Black Alps and The Longcut.
