1990s are a trio from Glasgow who are known for their sweet melodies and harmonious tunes. All members of the band have been in previous local bands in Glasgow with both members Jackie and Jamie forming Scottish band The Yummy Furs with Alex Kapranos and Paul Thomson, now in Franz Ferdinand. Also drummer Michael was in V Twin before forming 1990s.

The band are now touring with hotly tipped CSS and The Long Blondes.
