Gigwise recently joined Spector in the Hackney studios (where they recorded their excellent debut album) to record them playing 'True Love (For Now)' exclusively.

'True Love (For Now)' is the first song on debut album 'Enjoy It While It Lasts' and shows off singer Fred Macpherson's baritone vocals and general sense of drama perfectly. Backed by Chris Burman on piano and Jed Cullen on guitar it's a stripped back performance from the Spector boys.

Speaking to Gigwise about Fred from the band told us about making their album, saying: It’s a very emotionally honest album and we basically lived the songs as we were recording them. If something is not worth saying then it’s not worth recording and so nothing on the album is there to fill in a gap."
