Southsea Fest takes place every year on the infamous Albert Road in Portsmouth, and with the likes of Camden Crawl moving oversees, it looks set to be one of the most talked about street festivals of the year.
Celebrating it's 6th anniversary this year, Southsea Fest is the award winning UK independent festival that showcases the best new music from around the country. It's the place to discover the hottest new bands and watch them play in some of Portsmouth and Southsea's historical venues.
With stages being hosted by the likes of Xtra Mile, This is fake DIY, Transmission Group, Punktastic, Alcopop! Records and local culture experts Strong Island, it's possible this could be the best Southsea Fest yet.

Remember Bastille? They've played the Festival a number of times, The Joy Formidable, Django Django, Clock Opera and Eliza Doolittle have also appeared across the years, making Southsea Fest a haven for catching the next big thing in a venue that holds no more than 100 people.
This year's line-up shines a light on talented acoustic artists, indie trendsetters, a whole bunch of brilliant local acts and punk bands that are sure to leave the pubs of Albert Rd in tatters.
