Having already created over 200 remixes for the likes of Lana Del Rey, Ellie Goulding and Kings of Leon, Portland producer RAC is ready to make a name for himself with his own sounds, as heard on brilliant new EP, Don't Talk To.

The indie-pop producer, real name Andre Allen Ajos, is already a favourite of music bloggers with his remixes reaching No.1 on ultra-cool music site Hype Machine a massive 22 times, and the four original songs that make up Don't Talk To are sure to follow suit.

Feelgood, bouncy lead single 'Let Go' features the vocal talents of Bloc Party frontman Kele Okere and electropop singer MNDR, and will worm its way into your head after just one listen.

The dreamy 'Tourist' is another highlight, a dainty piano led number that blossoms into a tapestry of strings, and reminds you that as well as producing, the multi-talented RAC is a composer and arranger.

'Hollywood Extra' and 'We Belong', featuring Penguin Prison and Katie Herzig respectively, complete the EP.

Ajos says that the many remixes he has produced have been part of the journey that has led to Don't Talk To. "With remixes it was always about adapting to the original song. It takes a lot of self-control not to impose your own style. In many ways, this EP was about forgetting that and creating something that was my own. All of the years of experimentation have led me to this."

RAC's Don't Talk To EP is released 14 October 2013
