2014 is proving to be a good year for pop music, with the genre finally seeing a number of credible artists emerging with spark, talent and flare - seemingly set to take the genre back from the steely clutches of X Factor artists and their ilk.

It's unlikely MO will be giving One Direction a run for their money anytime soon, but this new Danish singer is unquestionably one of the brightest new pop talents on the market. With a slick line of in-your-face r&b pop and having worked with the likes of Diplo on her debut album, she's steering her own path towards music stardom.

Ahead of the release of MO's debut album, No Mythologies To Follow, we caught up with the rising star in London to discuss why being honest is the most important thing any person can do, and why she ditched her punk-rock band for a career in foul-mouthed 'crunk-rap'...
