London band Savage Nomads are making waves with their upbeat indie sounds, mixing the jangly guitar-work of early Foals while tipping their hats to the club-orientated sensibilities of now-departed The Rapture.
The band's current single, 'Porno', is a brilliant blast of upbeat guitar-pop for 2014 (listen to the original here), laced with attitude and full of fun, and now, thanks to a new remix by funk-pop masters The Noisettes, is sounding better than ever.
The new mix keeps the indie, laddish elements of the original track, but lightens things slightly with electronic elements, turning a subtle toe-tapper into a slick, funky monster certain to set dancefloors alight in coming months.
