It's the moment that all Interpol fans have been waiting four years for, as the band find themselves on the eve of releasing their brilliant fifth album, El Pintor. As part of our Interpol takeover, we're gIving away copies of the album on beautiful vinyl.
"It's, direct - just rockin'," frontman Paul Banks told us, describing the spirit of El Pintor. "Our third and fourth records were experimental in a very good way that I'm very proud of, and I think that in this point of our life we're just ready to write really direct and immediate records.
