Slipknot frontman has hit out at Kanye West after his controversial claim that he was 'the greatest living rockstar on the planet'.

Yeezy made the comments during his divisive Glastonbury headline set, that also saw a guest appearance from Bon Iver's Justin Vernon before West took to the skies and soared over the heads of the audience in a cherry-picker. There was also a less-than-successful cover of the Queen classic 'Bohemian Rhapsody'.

Amidst it all, West also told Worthy Farm that they were watching 'the greatest living rockstar on the planet'.

"Kanye, you are not the greatest living rockstar of all-time," replied Slipknot frontman Corey Taylor in a new interview with Music Choice. "The fact that you had to tell people that kind of says it all."

Taylor continued: "You remind me of the guy bragging about pussy, who doesn’t get as much as they brag about. Stop it!"

This week also saw Noel Gallagher and Kasabian's Serge Pizzorno reveal that they 'lost interest' soon into West's Glastonbury performance
