Frank Ocean has cancelled his forthcoming headline slot at Los Angeles' FYF Fest, and has been replaced, rather impressively, by Kanye West.
Ocean, whose new album - the follow-up to 2012' Channel Orange - is due to appear any minute now, "decided on his own terms to cancel his appearance", according to a press release.
It's since been revealed that Kanye West will take over Ocean's headline slot tomorrow night (22 August), following performances from the likes of Bloc Party, Chet Faker, The Jesus & Mary Chain, Run The Jewels and Savages.
Meanwhile, the second day of the festival will be headlined by Morrissey, and will also see FKA twigs, Belle & Sebastian, Mac DeMarco, Laura Marling, Unknown Mortal Orchestra and Girlpool take to the stage.
A short statement on FYF Fest's website says that the festival is "excited to have Kanye West play this weekend in his newly adopted home of Los Angeles."
