The 1975 are back, dropping their brand new single 'Love Me' as well as announcing their hotly anticipated second album. Check out the new track below.
While their debut was oh so snappily self-titled, the band's sophomore effort is more of a mouthful - calling it I Like It When You Sleep For You Are So Beautiful Yet So Unaware Of It. Got it? Good.
As for the new song, it's by far the poppiest thing the band have ever done - and that's saying something. It's part RHCP at their most infectious, but ultimately soaked in a 1980s vibe where 'Let's Dance' era Bowie shamelessly meets the sexiest moments of Prince along with the shoulder-padded power pop of Peter Gabriel's 'Sledgehammer', with some Bros and 1980s sax thrown in for good measure.
