Sleater-Kinney performed a great cover of one of The Ramones greatest hits, ‘Merry Christmas (I Don’t Want To Fight Tonight) at their gig in Cleveland. Check it out below.

The trio are amidst a tour of their latest album, No Cities To Love. The ‘Bury Our Friends’ group have a few more dates this side of the new year, with a new wave of dates arranged for next year.

Check out our interview with Sleater-Kinney’s Carrie Brownstein interview here.

The Ramones Christmas classic appeared on their 1989 album, Brain Drain and was the third single to be released from the album. It was also covered by Joey Ramone on his second posthumous album entitled, Ya Know? It certainly is an underrated and relatively unknown Christmas song that the Washington trio did justice to.
