Brilliant news for all David Bowie fans out there - as reports emerge of new and unheard material being released from the late, great 'Heroes' icon.
The world was shocked at the news of The Thin White Duke's passing this week, losing his 18 month battle with cancer. This came just days after Bowie released his incredible new album Blackstar, on his 69th birthday.
Now, there are reports of new and unheard tracks, leftover from the Blackstar sessions that are likely to see the light of day this year.
"There are five more songs from these sessions that have yet to be released," wrote Sasha Frere-Jones for the LA Times, prior to Bowie's death. "So look forward to next Christmas and hope for a deluxe edition."
Bowie did the same when he re-released 2013's The Next Day, with the deluxe edition featuring a smattering of unheard songs and remixes by the likes of LCD Soundsystem's James Murphy - who lended his percussion skills to Blackstar.

MORE: Why David Bowie will always be with us
Tony Visctonti has spoken of their work together on final album Blackstar - revealing that the record was Bowie's 'parting gift'.
"He always did what he wanted to do," wrote Visconti on Facebook. "And he wanted to do it his way and he wanted to do it the best way. His death was no different from his life - a work of Art. He made Blackstar for us, his parting gift. I knew for a year this was the way it would be. I wasn't, however, prepared for it. He was an extraordinary man, full of love and life. He will always be with us. For now, it is appropriate to cry."
