A David Bowie fan has launched a campaign aiming to organise a mass singalong by the Pyramid Stage at Glastonbury.
The Twitter account @BowieGlasto2016 was set up a week ago following the death of David Bowie, and has already gained nearly 500 followers. Its aim is to orchestra a mass singalong on the Wednesday evening of Glastonbury festival.

The creator of the account, who wishes to remain anonymous, told Radio X: "I started this to deal with the loss of someone who I've loved since a teenager even if I never met him. While the nation and the world mourns an alien who had to return to his star, we need to celebrate his life and music which will inspire us forever. "
Bowie headlined Glastonbury sixteen years ago in 2000, thirty years after he turned up at the second ever festival on foot and played for free for 6,000 attendees.
