Beyonce has parted ways with her longtime manager Lee Anne Callahan-Longo, and reportedly hired a whole new team to promote the next stage of her career.
According to Page Six, the singer - who's currently preparing to perform with Coldplay at the Super Bowl this weekend - "got rid of her whole team, which included her cousin, and hired a new team."
This includes her general manager, Lee Anne Callahan-Longo, with whom Beyonce has worked for a decade. In a statement, Beyonce's publicist said: "Their friendship supersedes business, and while she is no longer an employee of Parkwood, she will remain an imperative part of Beyonce's life."
The musician is now said to be working with Steve Pamon, who was JPMorgan Chase's head of sports and entertainment marketing. "She wants to surround herself with business people," said a source for the paper, "who could take her career to an even high level." Is that actually possible?
For now, Beyonce is focussing on her forthcoming Super Bowl appearance this weekend, alongside headliners Coldplay. She'll probably be joining the band for their recent collaborative single, 'Hymn For The Weekend'.
