Kesha has revealed that she was offered the chance to part ways with Dr. Luke's label, if she publicly denied that she was ever raped by the producer.

As previously reported, Kesha filed a lawsuit against Dr. Luke back in 2014, claiming that he had sexually and emotionally abused her over the course of a decade, and asking to be released from the contract that tied her to him for several more albums. Last month, a judge ruled that she could not be released from her contract, and is still obliged to record four more albums under Dr. Luke's label.

Now, in an Instagram update, the singer says that she was offered the chance to leave the label "IF i were to lie." She explained, "I would have to APLOGIZE publicly and say that I never got raped. THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS behind closed doors. I will not take back the TRUTH. i would rather let the truth ruin my career than lie for a monster ever again."

Last month, rumours that Dr. Luke had been dropped by Sony were denied by representatives for the producer.
