Axl Rose, Slash and Duff McKagan reunited as Guns N Roses for the first time in 23 years this weekend. See what happened below.
The Guns N Roses revival group performed a 17-song set at LA’s Troubadour on Friday (1 April). Songs performed included ‘Welcome To The Jungle’, ‘Sweet Child O Mine’ and ‘Paradise City’.
The band also performed their renditions of Bob Dylan’s ‘Knockin’ On Heaven’s Door’, Wings’ ‘Live And Let Die’ and The Who’s ‘The Seeker’, as well as songs from the band’s 2008 Chinese Democracy.
Keyboardist Dizzy Reed, guitarist Richard Fortus and drummer Frank Ferrer joined the band on stage. Melissa Reese, the band’s second keyboardist, also performed with the group, marking the first-ever female member of Guns N’ Roses.
