Another batch of acts have been announced for this year's edition of Live At Leeds, with Frightened Rabbit, AJ Tracey and VANT leading the new additions. Check out the updated lineup below.
Heading up-north for the inner city bash in April are the previously announced Wild Beasts, White Lies, Slaves and Jagwar Ma. Other acts appearing on the bill include Temples, Rag 'n' Bone Man', 'Nothing But Theives, Gabrielle Aplin and Clean Cut Kid.
Joining Frightened Rabbit, AJ Tracey and VANT on the ever-growing lineup of under-the-radar music are the likes of Seafret, Johnny Lloyd, Childhood and DEAD!
“We can't wait to come back to Live At Leeds." says Grant Hutchison of Frightened Rabbit, who released their epic album Painting Of A Panic Attack album last year. "It's been a favourite city of ours since we started touring and have great memories of places like The Brudenell and The Faversham so we're really looking forward to it. See you there and probably in the dry dock afterwards for a dance!!”
Garage rock outfit VANT released their debut record Dumb Blood last month, and sound more than up for taking their politically-charged album to the Leeds stage. The band says, “So excited to be returning to Live at Leeds for the second time, one of our favourites. YORKSHIRE! YORKSHIRE!”
On their ascent to stardom, VANT appeared in Radio 1's Live Lounge last week where they took on Katy Perry's 'Chained To The Rhythm' along with album cut 'Do You Know Me?'
Live At Leeds takes place on April 29.
