Get Loaded in the Park (UK)

Award winning Get Loaded in the Park began in 2004 and takes place in Clapham Common park in London's city centre. The indie-dance festival provides a unique mixture of live acts and DJ’s across a number of stages.

As part of the Metro Weekender, Get Loaded In The Park has always boasted high profile headliners. The Award nominated 2006 Get Loaded saw Babyshambles headline the event in what was their only UK festival appearance of the year. Lily Allen and The Pipettes have also risen to prominence after performing at the London Festival.

With a dance stage it’s not just indie scencesters who are catered for. Erol Alkon and other notable electro acts have graced the stage at Get Loaded in the past, ensuring that the festival maintains its dynamic and varied reputation.
