Morrissey In Talks With BBC For Eurovision Song Contest

Beeb wants him to perform...

The BBC is in talks with Morrissey for him to represent the UK in this year’s Eurovision Song Contest.

The former Smiths frontman expressed an interest in the competition last year when Daz Sampson’s ‘Teenage Life’ bombed at the ceremony.

He said at the time: “I was horrified but not surprised to see the UK fail. Why didn’t they ask me?”

Incredibly the BBC has now confirmed that they are negotiating with Mozza to write and perform our entry.

The mind boggles.
