More Yeah Yeah Yeahs
Yeah Yeah Yeahs frontwoman Karen O has revealed that the band are working on material for their new album.
Talking about the LP – which will be the follow-up to 2006’s ‘Show Your Bones’ – O admitted that the band are taking their time with the project.
"[I'm] working here and there, without much pressure on myself. "I think Nick [Zinner] and Brian [Chase] could say the same. Working pretty much nonstop as an artist, the hardest thing is to know what to do with yourself when you have some time off. You struggle with yourself to take a vacation."
Yeah Yeah Yeahs are currently promoting their ‘Is Is’ EP - which features material that didn’t make it onto their previous releases. O told Billboard that the “songs always felt like they belonged together.”
