Axl Rose is finally set to feature on an album that will be available in the shops but it won’t be ‘Chinese Democracy’.
The Guns ‘n’ Roses frontman has contributed vocals to ‘Angel Down’ the solo album of former Skid Row man Sebastian Bach.
Rose is returning the favour after Bach put down some vocal parts for the ill-fated ‘Chinese Democracy’ which might see the light of day in 2029.
Speaking to Blabbermouth Bach said of the collaboration: “I texted Axl, I go, ‘Hey, dude, when are you gonna come and sing on my record?’ I was just joking.
“I didn’t think he would do that. But he never ceases to amaze me. And his response was, ‘When? Where? Where is the studio? What time do you want me there?’
“I was, like, ‘You’ve gotta be fucking kidding me.’ I go, ‘Pinch me, I’m dreaming.’”
Rose sings on two tracks ‘(Love Is) A Bitchslap’ and the other is rumoured to be a cover of Aerosmith’s ‘Back In The Saddle’
The album is out on November 20 in the US.
