A suspected fire at a New Zealand venue caused an evacuation of a Marilyn Manson gig on Wednesday night (October 3).
Around four songs into the set at the Auckland Town Hall, the venue’s security immediately pulled a stop to the gig and called for the audience to leave the venue.
Fire-fighters and ambulance crew were called to the venue, but it transpires it was only a precautionary measure. The alarm is thought to have been raised after excessive smoke war release from smoke machines, reports Blabbermouth.
Despite the scare, the gig was allowed to commence after a 10 minute interlude.
