Hot Chip have revealed that several of their members are currently working on side projects.
First up Joe Goddard is currently working on a Hip Hop record with a single entitled ‘Lazy’ coming out on Moshi Moshi in March.
He told XFM: "I'm making a hip hop record with a young rapper called Dells who's really, really talented and we're putting an album together which is sounding really great."
He added: "Hip Hop's a big thing for me so that'll be great."
Meanwhile Alexis Taylor is working with post-punk legend Green Gartside on new material although there are no set plans for a release yet.
Goddard explained of Taylor's project: "I dont know what the plans are to release that but something will be released this year."
