Noel Gallagher To Sell Ibiza Mansion To Escape James Blunt

Noel Gallagher is reported to be in the process of selling his house in Ibiza to escape one of his neighbours from hell, James Blunt.

The Oasis guitarist owns a £5.5million mansion on the island but apparently can no longer “stand the thought of Blunt writing crap tunes up the road.”

“He’s fed up of hearing James Blunt bang on about Ibiza like he owns the place,” a ‘friend’ told the Sun. “It’s taken the charm out of it for him so he’s put his villa up for sale. “

Gallagher and the rest of Oasis are currently in Los Angeles putting the finishing touches to their new album.

The a-yet-untitled record, which will be released later this year, will reportedly feature a choir on one track.
