Speaking to the BBC, Fielding said that both acts were “interested”, but was uncertain whether they would confirm “because they're too big.”
The Mighty Boosh Festival will take place at The Hop Farm on July 5th, a day before the inaugural Hop Farm Festival.
Fielding said that so far the duo’s wishlist of acts hadn’t been very forthcoming in replying.
“I'd like Har Mar Superstar, I've tried to contact him and Peaches but he hasn't got back to me,” he said. "The Horrors haven't got back to me either.”
In addition to music, cast members from The Mighty Boosh will make an appearance at the event, with Naboo scheduled to read festivalgoers palms.
Both The Mighty Boosh and Hop Farm festivals have been organised by Vince Power, founder of the Mean Fiddler Group.
