More Be Your Own Pet
After being deemed as “too violent” by Universal Records executives, XL Recordings has stepped in and decided to release the 3 tracks removed from Be Your Own Pet’s sophomore release, 'Get Awkward'.
“The indie had no problem releasing Get Awkward as it was given to them and is only too happy to be putting out this Get Damaged EP so America can finally hear the songs that were banned for being too violent”, states a release on behalf of the band.
Titled 'Get Damaged', the EP is currently available via iTunes containing 'Becky', 'Black Hole' and 'Blow Yr Mind 'which were all previously unavailable in the U.S.
A physical copy of the EP will be in stores on June 24th.
