Nas Attacks Rev. Jesse Jackson Over Barack Obama Slur

Nas has slammed Reverend Jesse Jackson after the US Civil Rights activist strongly criticised Barack Obama on live television.

During a break from a Fox News show, Jackson sensationally accused the Presidential hopeful of “talking down to black people” and whispered that he would like to “cut his nuts off.”

A furious Nas has now strongly condemned Rev. Jackson and has given his full backing to Obama. He blasted to MTV: "I think Jesse Jackson, he's the biggest player hater.

"His time is up. All you old niggas, time is up. We heard your voice, we saw your marching, we heard your sermons. We don't wanna hear that shit no more. It's a new day. It's a new voice. I'm here now. We don't need Jesse; I'm here. I got this.

“We got Barack, we got David Banners and Young Jeezys. We're the voice now. It's no more Jesse. Sorry. Goodbye. You ain't helping nobody in the 'hood. That's the bottom line. Goodbye, Jesse. Bye!"

Rev. Jesse Jackson has since been forced to apologise to Obama, which the presidential hopeful has accepted.

I think that Jesse Jackson is very jealous. He shouldnt be a hyprocrite. You are supposed to be a religious and political figure in our society. Thats a joke. You used to stand for so much, but you have crossed the line. Now, we have a black president; its history in the making. We, as black people, need to stick together, not hate or shoot down people who are trying to make our world a better place. Jesse, you are a disgrace to the black community.

I am disappointed by Jesse\'s comments/attitude towards Obama. It reminds me of Saul\'s jealousy towards David in the bible. It is not reflective of the civil rights movement of which Jesse was a part. Many people suffered died in order to see a time where people would be judged on the basis of there character, not skin colour. Jesse has in effect brought judgement upon his own head, for the good book says by your words you are justified and condemned

Spreading propaganda and hate. He is highly jealous of Obama and guess what whatyou older heads had your time to play now move over. Blacks are still living in poverty. You are a pastor but yet you fathered a child through an adulterous relationship. Clean your mirror old man.
