Co-founder of Death Row records, Suge Knight has signed a deal with Beaux Carson's Carson Signature Films to have a film made of his version of events surrounding the death of rapper Tupac Shakur.
According to SixShot.com Carson has pursued Suge for over two years in attempt to get the rights to make the movie.

Film maker Carson has described the film as ‘Training Day’ meets ‘The Godfather’. He also reports that Suge will release a CD in collaboration with other rappers with some of the profits going directly to fund programs for under-privileged young people.
Suge Knight has had a coloured decade himself. In 1996 he was sentenced to five years in prison for violating probation he received for assault and weapons convictions in 1992. Two years after his 2001 release, Suge spent 10 months in prison for violating his parole. He was released again last April.
However earlier this month he was arrested and held for violating his parole and after police found marijuana in his vehicle.
Last year, Tupac’s third posthumous album, ‘Loyal To The Game’ was produced by Eminem and made it to the top of the US charts after selling 333,000 copies.
