Oasis will perform at the Wembley Stadium in London during a massive world tour in support of their new album, it's been claimed.
It's understood that the band will announce exact dates for the tour, which is due to begin in the UK this October, in the coming weeks.
Another venue rumoured to be included on the schedule is the City of Manchester Stadium, where the band last performed 2005.
“The tour is bigger than anything the band have done before. They will be on the road for more than a year — possibly pushing 18 months,” a source told the Sun newspaper.
“The dates could easily run into three figures and will take them around the world. It is on the kind of scale you would expect from The Rolling Stones.
"The fellas who have hatched the plan are very proud and excited.”
The band's new album, 'Dig Out your Soul', is released on October 6th and will be preceded by the single, 'The Shock Of The Lightening', which is out a week earlier.
As previously reported on Gigwise, last week the band previewed a 23-second clip of the single during an extended video trailer which promoted the album.
