Welsh singer of Moroccan descent, Chico, has today launched his England World Cup song.
The former stripper and X Factor contestant dropped the imaginatively titled 'It's England Time' - a spin on 'It's Chico Time' y'see?! - into Chris Moyles' Radio 1 show this morning.
You can hear an excerpt from the (shockingly abysmal) track below.
The singer – real name Yousseph Slimani – will no doubt be one of countless acts launching unofficial England songs ahead of the World Cup in South Africa this June.
Last month the FA confirmed that for the first time since England won the World Cup in 1966, there will be no official song.
The only solace from Chico's track is the fact that all of his proceeds will go to 'Rainbow Child Foundation' to help under privileged children in Africa.
Maybe it is worth buying after all, then.
