Frightened Rabbit endured an epic journey through seven countries to play their slot at Glastonbury today (June 27).

The band were forced to use two different vehicles in order to get to Somerset in time to perform on The Other Stage.

Addressing the crowd, singer Scott Hutchison said: “To get to Glastonbury we’ve been through two vans and seven countries.

“We were in Switzerland on Thursday and we didn’t think we were going to make it because our van packed in.”

Gigwise’s Glastonbury correspondent Charlie Ashcroft said highlights of the band’s set included ‘Nothing Like You’ and ‘Swimming Until You Can’t See Land’.

Gigwise is coming live from the festival all weekend, so keep checking www.gigwise.com for the latest news, photos and interviews.
