Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker says the band are on course to release a new studio album next year.
The group, who reformed last year, are currently rehearsing for a European tour, which includes a headlining performance at Reading and Leeds in August.
Barker said the band planned to start work on the follow-up to 2003's 'Blink-182' after their tour.
"We are in rehearsals - what will soon be production rehearsals - for our European tour, and that's exciting," he told MTV News.
"[The new record] is gonna be [out] next year, so we're gonna start on it right when we get home [from tour.]"
As previously reported on Gigwise, Blink-182 are set to headline the Reading and Leeds festivals alongside Arcade Fire and Guns N' Roses.
