Rapper DMX has been jailed for 90 days over a 2002 reckless driving conviction.
The 39-year-old surrendered himself in a courthouse in Los Angeles on Monday (July 26).
DMX – real name Earl Simmons – was originally charged with drunken driving, but charge was dismissed, reports the Associated Press.
It is the latest jail term for the rapper, who recently served time in an Arizona jail for violating the terms of his probation.
DMX, from new York, launched his rap career in the late 90s. His best-selling album is 1999's '...And Then There Was X'.
