Brit Awards 2011 To Move To London's O2 Arena

The Brit Awards will be held at London's O2 Arena next year, it's been confirmed.

The annual ceremony will take place on February 15, 2011 and be shown live on ITV1.

In previous years, the Brit Awards have been staged at Earls Court in West London.

They recognise achievements by artists from both Britain and the rest of the world. Awards include the Critics Choice and Lifetime Achievement.

Details of who will host next year's ceremony are due to be announced in the coming months.
