Richard Gervais and Stephen Merchant are returning to XFM on Saturday afternoons to host their radio show.

They will be on the radio alongside their producer Karl ‘The K Man’ Pilkington for a six week run.

Gervais and Merchant won a bronze Sony Award back in 2002, they have recently been busy writing their new sitcom ‘Extras’, but will return to XFM on Saturday May 28, temporarily replacing Adam & Joe.

XFM’s Programme Controller Andy Ashton has said: “Ricky Gervais and Stephen Merchant are great friends of the station and we are incredibly grateful that, as busy as they are, they can still find time to return to XFM and reunite with the K-Man for another run on Saturday afternoons.”

Ricky Gervais and Stephen Merchant will be on every Saturday 1.00pm till 3.00pm from Saturday May 28.
