Lady Gaga has been backed to wear Paul Daniel's wig after the magician put it up for sale on eBay.
The veteran magician is using the online auction website to offload the hair-piece, which he said he found laying around in his store cupboard.
Bookmakers William Hill are offering odds of 1000/1 that the US singer will snap up the wig before next month's Grammy Awards in Los Angeles.
“Lady Gaga wore a dress of meat to the MTV Video Music Awards so a dress made of Paul Daniel’s wig would not be as ludicrous as it sounds,” said spokesman Joe Crilly.
As previously reported on Gigwise, Lady Gaga will perform new single 'Born This Way' at the ceremony on February 13.
The track is taken from the singer's forthcoming album of the same name, due to be released in May.
