Rebecca Black may begin legal action against the producers of her hit song 'Friday', it's been reported.
The teen singer and her mother Georgina Marquez Kellyhave accused Ark Music Factory of unlawful exploitation of publicity rights and copyright infringement.
They lawyer Brian Schall has written to Ark Music claiming that the company had failed to provide Black with the master recordings for the song, which has become an internet sensation.
But in an interview with Rolling Stone, the company's founder Patrice Wilson denied many of the allegations.
"I have met with Rebecca Black's mom and everything is fine," he said. "She will get the masters and the song. They can have it all."
'Friday' was originally uploaded onto YouTube in February but only went viral in March after it was posted on Twitter by several high profile personalities. It now has 82 million views.
