World War Z, the zombie film starring Brad Pitt, will shoot scenes in the Cornish town of Falmouth.
The 47-year-old is currently shotting scenes for the movie in Malta, but will be soon be heading to the English west coast.
Discussions between Paramount Studios and the local council are well underway, and the call has been put out for thousands of zombie extras.
Falmouth’s Town Manager Richard Gates told the Western Morning News: "This is a major coup for Falmouth and we're pulling out all the stops to prepare for the influx of crew and cast.
"We've been working closely behind the scenes with Paramount Pictures and are working hard with regards to the necessary planning and permissions."
Pitt will also shoot scenes for the film in Glasgow later this year.
World War Z is released next year.
