John Barrowman Keen On Torchwood Movie

John Barrowman has admitted that he'd love to make a Torchwood film.

Barrowman plays Captain Jack Harkness in the Doctor Who spin-off, a role he first played on the parent show back in 2005.

He told the Press Association: "I'm not going to talk about the future of Torchwood beyond where we are, but if I said I wouldn't love to have Captain Jack on the big screen, I'd be lying."

Barrowman's words echo that of co-star Eve Myles, who has also expressed her interest in bringing the team's adventures to the big screen.

Torchwood: Mircale Day is currently airing on BBC1 Thursday nights at 9.00pm.
