The stage collapsed during Cheap Trick's performance at the Ottawa Bluesfest on Sunday (July 17).
Severe high winds struck during the band's performance, and the stage came down as they played the song 'I Want You To Want Me'.
At least five people were injured, one seriously, according to the Associated Press.
On Facebook, Cheap Trick said: "Everyone is okay and we are so lucky to be alive and hope that all the fans are okay too.”
Winds were forecast to reach highs of 56mph during the festival. You can see video footage of the incident on Gigwise below.
