Two pictures of Henry Cavill, who plays Superman in upcoming film Man Of Steel, have finally been released.

Directed by Zack Snyder, Man Of Steel will be a reboot of the Superman film series with Henry Cavill playing Clark Kent, the unbelievable Superman  .

The pictures give us the first sneak peak at Cavill's muscular superman and a good look at his superhero outfit. In an earlier interview, Cavill talked about the first time he wore the costume:

"I thought 'OK, holy hell, this is real, it's not a joke anymore. This is it... you're doing it, you're right in the middle of it'," he said.

Cavill will also be the first non-American actor portraying the superhero, but we can all agree that his portrayal of Superman is convincing: he is looking strong, brave and broke off a metal door.

Other cast members will include: Amy Adams, Russell Crowe, Kevin Costner, Diane Lane and Laurence Fishburne.

Man of Steel will be released June 14, 2013.
