Sugarland have announced plans to stage a memorial service to remember those who died when a stage collapsed at the Indiana State Fair last weekend.
The band were preparing to take to the stage when high winds caused the structure to collapse, killing five people and injuring 45.
In a statement on theier website, Sugarland said: "We would first like to hold space so that their families can have time to go through their own services and memorial
"Until that time we are holding vigil for them. We join them on their mourning benches. And we stand in the gap asking God to offer them peace and healing.
“For those suffering from injury we hold you up with prayers for complete healing of your own."
Video footage posted online of the accident showed the crowd in panic as the strong winds brought the stage down in seconds.
Sugarland's singer Jennifer Nettles said they were "stunned and heartbroken" by the incident in a brief statement at the weekend.
