Mick Jagger: Rolling Stones 50th Anniversary Tour 'Not Fixed Yet'

Rolling Stones frontman Mick Jagger has confirmed that the band intend to mark their 50th anniversary next year.

Jagger said fans would be “sick of The Stones” by the end of 2012, but remained cautious about committing to a tour.

There has been huge speculation about the group performing live again since they were pictured meeting up in London earlier this month

"I don't know what form the anniversary will take. I am sure you will be partially sick of the Stones by the end of next year,” Jagger told the Daily Mirr.

"We have a lot of stuff to go for. People want to do exhibitions, TV and documentaries so we have to look at those and see.

"There may be a tour, who knows? Maybe. At the moment nothing is fixed."

Jagger added that he would find it interest “to see how people react to the 50th year thing”.

Earlier this month, the frontman admitted that there is “tension” within The Rolling Stones, who haven't played live since 2007.
