Green Day, Foo Fighters and The Prodigy are set to headline next year's Reading and Leeds festival, an exclusive source has told Gigwise.
The bands will headline the annual event, which takes place from August 24-26 in Reading and Leeds.
As previously reported on Gigwise Melvin Benn, managing director at organiser Festival Republic, revealed that he's already made some "very exciting" bookings for 2012.
Speaking about the festival to BBC Newsbeat, he said: I couldn't be happier overall with where we're going with all the festivals.
Benn added that he's also pleased with the line-up so far for next year's Latitude, adding: "I've just had a brilliant conversation about an act I was desperate to play Latitude and now I'm pretty sure will play Latitude."
Pulp, The Strokes, My Chemical Romance and Muse headlined the dual festival, which took place from August 26-28.
Other acts on the bill include Interpol, Elbow, The National, Pete Doherty, 30 Seconds To Mars and Bring Me The Horizon.
