Activision has released a new trailer for Call of Duty: Elite.

This particular trailer focuses on the benefits of the premium subscription service, which enables players to compete for prizes, join clans and have early access to DLC.

The trailer comes days after Activision announced that the add-on to Modern Warfare was, after delays, finally operational.

Users had initially experienced difficulty in connecting to servers, a problem Activision are confident is now fixed.

As a result, paying members have been given an additional 30 days' subscription to make up for the ongoing issues.

Modern Warfare 3 is available on XBox 360, PS3 and PC.
