New Dark Knight Rises Poster Teases Batman, Bane Plot

A new poster has shed some light on the plot of The Dark Knight Rises.

It shows Bane walking away from a shattered Batman mask, suggesting that the villain, played by Tom Hardy, may break Batman's back, as he did in the DC Comic series.

The tagline teases: "The Legend Ends."

The final movie in Christopher Nolan's Batman trilogy, it is known that it picks up eight years after the previous film, The Dark Knight, although Nolan has worked hard on mataining the film's secrecy.

Anne Hathaway, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Michael Caine, Marion Cotillard and, of course, Christian Bale, star in the film.

The Dark Knight Rises is released on July 20, 2012.
