Mike Myers is in talks to turn his Austin Powers movies into a Broadway musical, it has been reported.
The actor, who starred in all three spy films, wants to take the movies onto the stage.
A source told The Sun: "Mike is in talks to turn Austin Powers into a musical stage show.''
Adding: "Mike would be heavily involved in writing the show but he will not star in it, even though he has quite a good singing voice."
The news follows recent reports that Myers has signed up for a fourth instalment of the franchise. The long-awaited sequel to 2002's Austin Powers In Goldmember to hit cinema screens in 2013 or 2014.
Away from the goofy British spy, Myers is also working on a biopic of The Who's late drummer Keith Moon, with the Canadian expected to play the legendary hell raiser.
Mike Myer's last appearance on the big screen was in Quentin Tarantino's Inglorious Bastards, back in 2009.
