Two New Dark Knight Rises Images Shows Bane, Batman Showdown

Warner Bros. have released two new images of Tom Hardy's Bane, as the build up to the release of The Dark Knight Rises continues.

The first image shows Bane standing atop a modified version of Batman's tumbler, surrounded by armed guards, holding up a picture of Harvey Dent.

The second shows the mercanaries looking on again as Bane and Batman ready themselves for a showdown.

Concerns are still rumbling on about the sound quality of Bane's voice in the final Batman movie, but Warners are said to be unconcerned, as part of the problem lies in the mask he is forced to wear.

Gary Oldman, Michael Caine and Morgan Freeman will reprise their characters in The Dark Knight Rises, with Anne Hathaway (Catwoman), Joseph Gordon-Levitt (John Blake) and Marion Cotillard (Miranda Tate) taking on new roles.

The Dark Knight Rises is released on July 20, 2012.
