Foo Fighters' Dave Grohl thinks that Adele could be the woman to shake up the music industry.

In an interview with Billboard the frontman said that if all albums were as good as Adele's '21' the music industry “would be on fire.”

Joining the queue behind Tinnie Tempah and Richard Russell of XL Recordings, who have also heaped praise on the South London singer in recent months, Grohl said it was no surprise that Adele's second album had been so successful.

“Imagine if all records were that good,” he said. “Do you think only one of them would sell? F*ck no! All of them would. If all records were that good the music business would be on fire, but they're not.”

Grohl was still adamant, however, that rock music was in no need of saving

"It's never gone away in my world,” he said. “Ask the guys in AC/DC whether they think rock'n'roll is dead."
